welding day
jc motorsport sent me some aluminum pieces to weld.
the tube for blow off valve and a F20 manifold designed by him.
the manifold has some design mistakes. need more working angle for the tig. the oem manifold piece is
3mm thick and the new flange is 12mm. i need a lot of amperage to work with de 12mm piece but not that much for the 3mm side. best solution is to cut the 12mm sheet to 3-4mm. i think this is enough thick for a custom aluminum manifold. waiting for customer decision.

Demon+Neptune
received an auto ecu with demon board. i'll download the neptune software and try if the auto transmission
works with neptune+demon.

f22 finish
finished F22 head. finally 255CFM in both intake an exhaust ports.
bought some prints from an australian artist.

also bought an used vertical bandshaw, books are very useful.

no waves
more than a month without waves. two days relaxing at the beach without been covered by aluminum dust.
continued working on the F22 head, get some nice numbers despite of it's simple design. don't have a spare head of this one, so i+d work without damaging the head it's very difficult.
254CFM intake and 202CFM exhaust at maximum lift. OEM numbers are 234CFM for intake and 175CFM for exhaust.
