Which F22, new or old school?

flowed both F22 cylinder heads, the old and new design. Old design has a wider port entry, oval shape , and has more angle towards the valve throat. New design, cylindrical shape , less angle towards valve throat and also less port area. the new design showed more cfm through all the valve lifts , up to .4". at .4" valve lift , old design is close to the new one, but i think the new one has more potential so we are using this on the race car.

K20A intake manifold

more work on this intake manifold. Plenum cut, reduced angle, longer runnner and wider air entry.
The bellmouth is 48mm diameter.
Flowed the manifold and gained 22CFM . It flowed 10CFM less than a toda racing ITB setup.
Not bad for the first try.

D16Y8 port finished

K20A intake manifold

Started new i+d project with a k20a intake manifold. It's PRB model,
which came with the european civic typeR(ep3). Honda developed other manifolds for JDM market and US markets, which flowed better than the european.
Flowed the PRB with a stock k20a cylinder head and there is a loss of 15.6% airflow with this intake manifold.

More D16Y8

More work on this head. Almost finished, gained 34CFM at OEM maximum valve lift (0.387").
The exhaust side needs more work on the divider.
